Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos for verification.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
